What is a pre-order, and will I be charged?
A pre-order reserves your spot and founding-customer pricing (15% off the launch price of what you reserved, on your first order). No payment is collected when you pre-order. Before anything ships, we email you the final price and an estimated ship date, and you choose whether to complete the purchase. You can cancel anytime before then. See our Terms of Service for the full pre-order terms.
When will products ship?
We are finishing supplier sampling now. Ship dates depend on sample approval and production, so we do not publish a date yet. Pre-order holders and email subscribers hear first, and every pre-order gets a confirmed ship date by email before any charge.
What is the difference between Core Colors and Premium Camo?
Core Colors (Black, Tan / FDE, and Grey) are our standard, low-profile solid colors. Premium Camo (MultiCam-style, Urban Black Camo, and Arctic Grey Camo) are printed patterns offered as an upgrade. Every fabric product comes in all six, so the whole rig can match.
Is your MultiCam-style pattern genuine MultiCam?
No. “MultiCam-style” describes a similar look. MultiCam is a registered trademark of Crye Precision, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Crye Precision. The same applies to any other camouflage names referenced on this site.
Will the seat covers and steering wheel cover fit my vehicle?
Tell us your year, make, and model when you pre-order. We confirm fit for your specific vehicle before anything ships, and if we cannot confirm a good fit we will tell you rather than ship something that does not work.
Are the seat covers safe with side airbags?
Airbag-compatible seams are a production requirement for our seat covers, and we confirm the manufacturer’s documentation before any set ships. Every vehicle is different: always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s guidance about seat covers and side airbags, and do not install a cover if you are unsure it is compatible with your vehicle.
Does the IFAK / Admin Pouch come with medical supplies?
No. The pouch ships empty so you can build it out with the kit you trust and are trained to use.
Do the pieces work with other MOLLE gear?
Yes. The panels use standard PALS/MOLLE webbing, so most MOLLE-compatible pouches and accessories attach. The seatback and trunk panels share the same webbing spacing, so pouches move between them.
What does the Waypoint Travel Series Bundle include?
All eight products in one color: the Seatback MOLLE Panel, IFAK / Admin Pouch, Cupholder Organizer, Trunk / Cargo Panel, Tactical Seat Covers, Visor MOLLE Organizer, Steering Wheel Cover, and a set of four Bullet Valve Stem Caps in the matching anodized finish.
Are the product photos real?
Not yet. Current images are concept renders, and the final product may vary. We will replace them with real photos once production samples arrive.
Where do you ship, and what is your return policy?
We ship within the United States. Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization; installed seat covers and steering wheel covers can be returned only if they arrived defective, damaged, or not as described.
